This is an effort to create a world wide freelancer News Network, via e-mail.

I need everyone to List the names that they use in Freelancer and the e-mails that they use most often. This way all the players can communicate with each other. This comes in handy. A few days ago when the Global Servers had a problem, many people reinstalled there game thinking something was wrong with the Game.

But with the new e-mail news program everybody will know if the problem is issolated to them or a problem with everybody.

This i would say is a invaision of privacy from my stand point.I also think this would be beyond abused here.

I'm sorry u think that way. There is a easy way to do something like this. Create a second e-mail adress with yahoo. That way information about yourself is kept secret and u don't have to list the names u use in freelancer. It is totale optional.

Considering that most forums I have seen. I am sure this one is not exeption. Can do mass emailings, and you want it to put out news. It is just as easy to use a forum. That way people who are interested can just join that.

Just giving out your email address, even a throwaway is just inviting spam unless there is some control over it.

Of course we already have a forum here don't we?
