Factions game data file

I need to know or d/l the Factions.txt for WTS 2.4 World Mod running Nightstalkers WTS Addon 1.02 with the Nightstalkers WTS Addon 1.02 patch also. I am running Ioncross v5 and need the data or game file above so Ioncross will stop giving me error messages about adding the new factions to the Factions.txt file.
