Is there Wrecks in MP?

yes there are, but they don't always have stuff on them... I think they get reset every once in a while, I'm not entirely sure though

There are lootable wrecks, but except for the wrecks in Beta you can only loot them once in any given character you make. Also after they have been looted they only have weapons lootable again after a server restart.
