Problems connecting to my own Server

Hello there, I'm having a problem with my FL Server. I've only set it up for me and a friend to play over the internet a little. Everything works perfectly, my friend can connect and it runs awesome. However, if I start Freelancer and try to connect to my own server it gives me the message "The Request is taking longer than expected, please wait or press ESC to cancel" and it just sits there and does nothing. What I find odd is that I see what looks like an IPV6 IP Adress in the "IP" Box of the Multiplayer Server Browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
