how to set up a server-help me!!

HOW HOW HOW do u set up a server? it doesnt say in the manuel, it dosnt say in the game, it doesnt even say on the internet...PLZ HELP ME OUT!!!

Go to: Start/... /Freelancer and click FL Server. The rest is self-explanatory.
