Boxes in front of the server name

Does ne 1 know how to get those boxes infront of ur name so that ur server can be at the top of the list? pleeze tell me!

They are ASCII characters.

I just held down the alt key then typed 009 in notepad, followed by the server name I use, then I just copy and paste it in the flserver.exe
