serve and play

is there anyway to run a server and play on the same cpu. I've tried before and it crashes the server whenever i try and join.

Normally flserver doesn't crash, but runing both flserver and FL client on the same PC (I presume this is what you mean) is not recomended since you are to expect poor quality game within Freelancer
