Find a FL Veteran a New Server

Well for the past year I used to play on a server called Freeport 3. Well heres a story why I need to look. Recently they have made a so called "Police Force" that uses mods such as uber shields, weapons, etc. Anyway there cops picked a fight with me and since I ignored them they logged on with there Eagle profiles with there 4 Nomad Blaster sets 1 Tizona, 1 Cannonball etc. gear. These two then attack me when I am in Tokyo. Since I am pretty darn good with that Drake one of them started attacking as I undocked. Since I had a few Pulse weapons, a missile, and a normal gun I was able to own the eagles since I was able to fly around them faster. Eventually I was branded as a hacker. The way I found out was that about 100 people on the server kept sending me messages that they were being warned to stay away from me since I hacked. Eventually I was banned for winning a PvP. Then eventually they banned my brother for being related to me. This is where we both need a new server. I play on Frost-Works, but they do not have a normal FL. Since the Cinc T3 server died a year ago I have nowhere else to go to. Does anyone know any good servers that has good lantency and are against modders? I am not sure if the Elite is up anymore since I heard they closed up after November.

You are always wellcome at 3NET server, it's name in the Global Server list is 3NET 24/7 Gigabit Connection also you can read our forums here.

A portion of the old Elite group play on the Boston Freelancer Server. It has a few minor server side mods to keep everything interesting and an admin that stays on top of things all the time.

elite is up but lags to hell even with only one one player now

boston is good as already said (mods are serverside and primarily npc shield regen and a few extra nomads in the usual areas)

Freelancer Heaven can be a fun server for you. It frequently changes how a new player starts. one day you can be an outcast ship at buffalo base, another might find you in new london fending off bretonia's enemies. It's a very simple way to keep the server a little dynamic, but it's fun. my favorite character started at the lane hacker base with an anubis ship. I made quite a bit of creds raiding those transports and tractoring in engine parts.

Most servers give a credit handout or change your faction settings to neutral. Freelancer Heaven actually starts you out as an outcast, or corsair, or police, or even the mollys, gaians or xenos. I heard that when the host gets his cable connection, the server will support 25 players or more.

Remember, Elite was TLR-affiliated. The only other server that is also TLR-affiliated is Boston.
