Can i build a base and can u tell me how can i make the server starts with lots of money and can i get in any of the organizations like corsairs

Use chips mod to set them new players to a particular faction IE the corsairs. As for the base I dont know wht you're talking about - sorry.

P.s. Ive a feeling the mods might say something about moving this nextdoor
