Becoming Multiplayer Pirate?

Well i want to become a pirate in multiplayer and i know the only pirate faction you can actually dock at their base from the start is the junkers in New York. When i went to their base i didnt have enough faction to get any missions from them though. Any clue how i can boost my faction up with them, like the whereabouts of a hacker, or something else mabye. Truly im more interested in becoming a outcast overall but i figure junkers are a good place to start since you cant dock with the outcasts from the start.

simple go and kick liberty shipping for a while and then beat up the poe-lice when uve got a good ship then they will like u. and beat up bounty hunters-the common enemy for all pirates

take my advice and ignore the cops and Liberty companies entirely. you can become entirely friendly with the junkers without having to turn every liberty corporation base against you. just kill every bounty hunter you come across. the BH's are listed as being allied with the house police and military factins, but in reality, killing them won't damage your house reputation, but it will boost your outlaw reputation by a massive amount. (which, in turn, brings your house reputation down, but that's unavoidable)

start killing cops, and all hell breaks loose for you.

You could always edit it so you start aligned to the pirates....

I guess i will do that im flying a pretty good ship now, a dragon. BTW i cant edit it im playing multiplayer, but is there such thing as a hacker that hacks your pirate reputation?

Don't even go there Griffin1. Hacking or cheating/modding will get you BANNED real soon from the server. Most likely PERMANENTLY.

There are quite a few server admins that post regularly here and they have one thing in commen. They *HATE* cheaters. It's entirely possibly that they send out YOUR MP ID to eachother so that the other server admins can ban you without notice. Note; They *might* give your MP ID to the others. I'm not saying that they do that.

On a personal note;
I think they should trade BANNED MP ID's.

NOT HACKING!!! I meant getting a NPC to hack your faction man....

I know. I was merely warning you if you decided to use pSYCHO's suggestion about editing files. Perhaps I should have been clearer in that. My apologies.

About the "NPC" hacks; There is a sticky in the spoiler forum that displays all locations for all NPC bribes. Or paste this link into your browser if you can't find the thread: http://www.rpgtalk.com/downloads/FL/Fre ... Bribes.txt

The BH trick works well for becoming basic pirate but if your the type that wants to blow Sports* (Transports *wc term) for the cargo and sell it at pirate bases then blow those sluppy depots (aim for the canasters) near basicaly all major bases Manhatten for a start. good loot sometimes (sold gold once took off blew up the dse and lo n behold me gold was back.

When the Going's get Tough, The Tough get a bigger Battleboat.

Another alternative is to find a server that doesn't start you out as liberty navy. Freelancer Heaven does pirate mods, as well as a few other servers.
