all you do is make a number of ships every other month, so no-one gets used to you being in a certain character. NB You can get around the 5 ship limit in the patch, so you can have enough ships dotted around so you can be anywhere if needed.

As for what he's hinting at is a character with uber hull etc, which defeats the purpose of admins. If the server admin mods then the players will as well.
