by deciding what you want your clan to do then start recruiting people....

ok, i have the poeple.
But how can I sign up my clan so we can play tournaments.

there isn't a set system like in some games.

Tornaments are set up by people who want to give out prizes to people for fun. Most servers have events set up by the sysadmin or a certain group of people.

You can't register your clan to take part or anything like that. You just have to ask the person running the tournament if you and some other members of your clan could take part.
