i need help here with some files!!!

i have a server and i wana be strongest and coolest as i am the leader right? right! so i was reading the other day something of changing files in the game to highest speed and something with files that when you change something then you can kill the other pleyer or anybody with one shot
you see i got a friend that can do theese ameysing things and he counted like that to me:3 2 1 and then my ship blowed up
and he sayd something about changing the files and yeah!
please help me to change the files and get theese ameysing things: speed and distruction!

i know some thing about it like u go to freelancer,data,ships,and then u find there a ships .ini and there u can change it
