Hail to the greatest Freelancer site !

I'm a new french Freelancer admin and I have a problem with my server.
Each time a player connects on it, he loses his popularity. So every players have to pay again their bribe .

Anyone knows what I'm talking about ?

What do I have to do on my running server ?
