Version 1.1

Can someone help me with making this file to work? Downloaded it to my computer and installed it. But in-game menu it still says 1.0. Okay tried to reinstall the game to see if that work. But when was in the menu after having installed the game again it still says 1.0. So please help me here. What am I doing wrong?

what file are you talkin about m8??? :S official version1.1? i though that was just to give stability to servers and correct minor bugs in MP....anyways, check the file and see if it hsa the correct size, i had a few problems myself, then i noticed that when the dowlonad reached about2megas it crashed and apeared has "doanload complete" go figure....if you cant figure out the problem....format the disk

Version 1.1 is the original game (1.0) including the official patch for the multiplayer part. I'll move this to the multiplayer forum, where someone might be able to help you out

You saying you downloaded the patch, installed and nothing happened?
As far as i know, this patch is mainly server side, for mp. There is no real fix in SP or client side, therefor there is no reason to upgrade the numbers, clients with 1.0 can easly use 1.1 servers.

When u load it will just take efect but does not change what u see and is only a up grade for FLserver. Go to freelancer webpage on microsoft will expain there what is for.
