Yeah fun bunch of guys too. A friend and I ran into a couple AE in Manhattan. We were minding our own business when the first 12 year-old blew us both up; unprovoked. I am just getting started on the server so I am a level 5 in a Starflea. Idiot number two tried to get me to launch so he could blow up everything around me, but promised not to kill me. Now there is some advanced logic. It turns out he was at least a bit more polite and finally accepted the fact that I don’t PvP. I didn’t loose anything when genius number one blew me up, and I am aware that getting killed is a possibility, but if you are going to try and “sell” a service you might want to work on the social skills. Your reputation is only as good as your dumbest member.

The guild is dying. With liars and deceivers from the IRA infiltrating our guild, the strain is becoming too much for us, too much for me. With many members having been thrown out under my leadership, I wonder if there is something truly wrong with how I do things, and inherently, there must be. This is not a resignation, just a warning, that AE, under my leadership, may be coming to a close.

I think you will do fine. Just do background checks on your recruits. Ask for there lancers id so you can see what type of stuff they write and things like that. Possibly, you may only be able to accept players into your clan that you know personally.

I was made aware of the attack, one of the victims a close friend of mine, who was told by the AE representative that there was nothing to be done because no screen shot was taken. You talk about leadership and treachery...what is worse, the traitor you know of, or covering the traitor's actions to save face.

AE is not going to die, come hell or high water. There will be a pruning, to be sure, and only those know and trusted will remain. Take it to the bank. I have worked too long and too hard to see anything happen to it.
