Switching servers

I keep seeing posts about clans like NEO for instance going from one server to another, does this mean that you can take your fully loaded ship with you, or do you have to start from scratch agian?.

Your jealous cause the voices only talk to me!

from scratch unless the current admin is willing to search for your character(unlikely without Character Browser) and the new admin of the new server is willing to add it.
