need a flaming forum

forget who, think mr. green maybe? mentioned a flaming forum. we really need this mates, a place to just let loose and vent our anger...a place whre nothing ANYONE says will be taken seriously, so i can be like "i hate you cause you suck" and everyone can agree with me and flame me and tell stinger that elite is gay and tell genedefect that he's a nazi and tell heretic that he's full of sh!t, and tell tasiin that neo is going to burn in hell, and remind the modding community that they are complete trash for making hacks that give ppl unfair advantages over eachother. and we can say how much titans suck and why eagles own sabres, etc., over there too

and then we wont have to hear it on the general forum anymore, and everyone will be happy cause it's not really a big deal anyways right? if theres a REALLY big deal about something like how joe's mama dock-camped me for 3 hrs and i wet my pants because of the suspense, and she's been doing it to all the newbs in new york for 3 weeks, then i can post that theres a problem and also throw a link to where i tell her what a b!tch she is. and if you want to support me and help me tell joe's mama what a b!tch she is then you follow the link and help throw bricks at her. and if you dont want to hear that crap...then just ignore the link

thats kind of the point isnt it? you want to get everyone flaming on 1 forum and keep them off the others. (theoretically) it should reduce the amount of trolls on this forum, since they will more or less have their own little corner

It sounds like a good idea, but it probably wouldn't work. People flame in reaction to what others say, so they flame right then and there. In addition, there would be a huge debate and flame war over whether something should go in the flame forum or not. Debates between two civilized users would probably be labeled as flaming and flamed for not putting it in the flame forum.

A flaming forum could work if the posters on this site were mature enough, but few are. If everyone worked constructively to help out, then the flaming could be essentially isolated to the flame forum.

In addition, I highly doubt that the admins would create something like that. It would appear that they were encouraging flaming. Flaming is one of the things that the admins are supposed to minimize, so making a home for it seems to conflict with their goals. But one could argue that it is impossible to eliminate, so why not regulate it by keeping it isolated.

Well, two months ago I suggested a Clan forum. Not a flame forum per-se,
even tho that's what it would become. I still think it's a good idea.

Any flames you need to get out of your system can just be posted here. Since flaming is a one way outlet (you are not going to go to a flame forum to read other peoples posts w/out bias) a forum for it would not be wise.

Actually there is no or little flaming if you took all neo involving post. I think ill made filter when ever the name neo apears on it=dont show it.

I myself invoved in neo flaming from time to time but as stated b4 "human neoture(nature)".
Also flaming is like virus, cant survive by it self it needs "host"(other forum)

Flaming just proves that the writer cannot be taken seriously. Honest, mature debating is extremely important, and should go on for the sake of improving the game and the community, but mature debate can only happen when all parties involved are able to govern their passions and think twice before hitting that "Reply To Topic" button.
