FL Server Operator 1.3c still broken

Does anyone know of a fix for this? or how to edit the startup settings for a server, if not?

Been banging my head on the keyboard too long over this one. (Rubber roll-up keyboard, the desk was too hard...)

yeah, i just installed FL server operator 1.3c and i can't get it to edit any accounts or change the startup settings.

has anyone managed to get this program working properly? just wondering if i need to download anything else to get it working..

...starting to think something was missing here...then I realized...

There are no answers being given, due to the incessant need for others to flame one another and strike heroic poses in the forums. I'm starting to wonder why I bother to read through these things. The vast majority of posts in this forum have little to do with anything technical at all. Just trash talk, and most of the guys doing it can't back it up, either. Sad, folks...
