how big is your clan, and what are its aims.

ive done html and xml for 5/3 years and ive done javascript for about 2, and im learning php aswell. ive bin on irc for about 7 years, so i can set the chat up easy and intergrate it into a webpage, if you want.

So far my clan has a membership of about 7 people and it is growing. we've gotten 3 of our members in the past week or so. I have a forum up. And a crappy yahoo webpage at www.uslf.cjb.net so look at that for more information.


As for my clans aims we will try (and will) do the following:
Protect everyone, meaning vets,noobs, etc... from pkers. That means pkers with mods and pkers with hacks and etc.

Also we will provide a good service to enforce server rules.

We will also provide financial aid if needed to people who are stuck and who are starting out (if they want to).


We accept everyone and anyone. Even modders, but we will not tolerate nonsensical pking. We will mod sometimes but only when needed.

We will also help and train noobs if they want help. The training will be for people who want to join but havnt even shot a laser yet.

Firstly, download mIRC from www.mirc.com (don't worry, it's free).

Install mIRC.

Go into "options" and select the "connect" category. There will be a pull down menu with a list of servers.

Click the "add" button and add the following information:

Code:
Description: Gamesnet
IRC Server: irc.gamesnet.net
Ports: 6667


Next, click "add".

Now select "Gamesnet" from the pull down list (normally it will be at the bottom) and click "Connect to IRC server"

Now you're all connected and ready to go. To enter the channel just type:

/join #gamertalk

Or we could create a #USLF channel, I'll have to talk to Gingercat. He's an IRC Operator. Also, a good friend. This shouldn't be a problem at all

Or if you already have mIRC installed:
Copy this line into the adressbar of your browser and press enter.
irc://irc.gamesnet.net/gamertalk
It'll open your client and connect to #gamertalk. I'm the co-owner there.
