mysteriously banned

When i sell something at a station ( and only at stations ) i get 80,000,000 credits but when i fly back into space my credits go back to normal . I asked a -[NoTeC- member by the name of carlseton ( sorry if i miss spelled ) why it does that, he said it was probably glitch . I thought ok there's no harm in that. I continue playing the game and ignoring the glitch, but when i docked on freeport 9 and sold some items and launched back into space i got kicked out of the server i tried again and got kicked out of the server. Someone said that i have cheats on and to turn them off , but i really dont even know how to cheat in this game since i started playing it recently.
However i was playing from a LAN center at the time , and someone might of installed cheats , but that cant be right since the lan center doesnt allow users to acces the desktop or harddrives .
I wake up this morning and try to connect to the server ( from home ) and it says my account got banned , i thought how is that possible if the LAN center uses a different CDkey/ip than what i use from home.
the server i was playing on was the famous elite server which i enjoyed the security and kindness of the staff, but now im banned after all the hard work i went through.
I've tried contacting the staff to recieve some help but no answer yet.
and if they're any skeptics out there that think i was truly cheating ask the following players who helped me out:

MB52 ( also known as server_deputy#52 )
-[NoTec-carlseton
Draqx ( also known as [XIANDraqx )

and there are 2 other i cant remember

let me know if I need to speak on his behalf stinger. I'm pretty sure he wouldnt willingly cheat.

Stinger what was your name ingame , was i asking you questions also?
Btw all i understand about that is that it is says ship related...meaning i had cheats on my ship or something?
also i remember a cheater having a cloak gun and PKing in liberty..but i didnt have anything of the sort because i didnt cheat ! ;o
All i know is that the glitched happened i tried to fly out into space and got kicked.
and it did happend twice after, also i had the item i just finish selling in my inventory
again . so the last time it happend i just didnt sell the item and flew out to space and sold the item on the corsair planet.

But to get to the point I just want to continue playing on that server cause the people,the ping,and my account. If i cant get unbanned i see your point of view and respect your decision since its *YOUR* server and you do w/e you want with it, alot of people would'nt. Alot of the posts.threads ive seen in this forum prove that

Where were you when you were trying to sell the item and what was it? This might yield some valuable information.

I remeber he first told me about it when we were in O-41, we were doing missions together, I know he didnt have 80mill because the chat window said he was only lvl ~20, as for the being kicked while undocked, doesnt that happen when you are on a mission to get an escape pod and you computer crashes after you got the escape pod but before you got a chance to dock? also trying to sell the escape pod when you land causes you to be kicked? i dont know if any of the above is true, it's just stuff i've heard

Did you accept any items from anyone,? like cargo or weapons?

yeah i accepted items from carselneo , 4 kraken type 1s and some type of shield. I doubt he was trying to ruin the game for me since he went all the way to malta to get it and he didnt even know who i was till i asked for help. but stinger i was on freeport 9 when i started getting kicked and where i first saw the bug , and yeah it was after i killed some corsair captain in a mission or was it a BH captain ? i dont really remember.

**EDIT** oh i sold all the of stuff that was not mounted, weapons/CMDs/etc...

i wondered about why u disapeared beacause u didnt seem like the cheating type
so if u figure out what happened i would like to know what to look out for so it does not happen to me if it is possible

I play on the freeport servers now Draq , maybe ill get unbanned soon. That's if stinger realizes i wasnt cheating .
