Question on New Patch (i think thats it)

Hey all

i just logged onto a server after a couple of months (they are running the new patch) and now i seem to have a WAY higher level than before, due to my ammassed wealth

before you could get a highest level of like 28 or 30something (i forget) but now its like at 68.

just wondering what caused this, and what would be the max level now?

lol who knows, it takes uber mounts of money to get between levels now. Like i was a level 50 with couple of million. it took me another couple of million to advance.
