new Berlin -> sigma 13 jump hole

Hello,

When I enter new Berlin and go to the jump hole i can't go in. Also the jump hole will not appear on my map. Do i have to enter it first in sigma 13 to open it for me from new Berlin?

It isn't active in Multiplayer.
