Do any of you know the best way to get on better with the bad guys?
i kill navey stuff but it doesn't help!!!! it just puts me on bad terms with them.

The best way to gain reputation with crims is to destroy supply depots belonging to police and companies. The best are the bounty hunters ones in Shi***u and Manchester as all crims hate them.
