No More Freelancer

sorry about the title...but, i dont know what happened but one day my Freelancer just stopped working on this computer, i have another computer with which Freelancer works fine on, but the other doesnt have internet capability...does anyone have any idea?i could use the help...i've tried everything i could think of...

get your account id and write it down (you go to the start menu and find free lancer there should be a "exemin my product id" or something like that use that to copy to a txt file or take a screen shot of it by hitting print screen and pasting it into a paint)
then reinstall
