I visted the topservers page. How is it calculated? I noticed a time posted indicating when the latest update took place. Also, I noticed that the servers typically at the top of my list are near the middle of the list on the site. Is it just a snapshot taken of servers at the time stated (whatever time-zone that would be)? Is it a monthly average? I ask because the first option would be useless, I can get the same information in the game..

It seems to be missing Calgary 24/7 entirely when I checked (showing only Calgary NW), which is odd mainly because Calgary typically has 39 or 40/40 players.. I would suggest that the method used to calculate top servers on that list is somewhat erronous.

I play on --Argonus-- (for personal reasons..lol) and Browclops....

I wish I could get more then 30 players....then my server would look more attractive to players...lol

Calgary 24/7 is actually the only server I play on. Can anyone reccoment a good fair play server?

Entropy, if Elite is too much of the clan type for you, I would recomend Browclops, Argonus, and Argonia-Station.

Thanks, i'll check these 3 out. Btw, i just joined the The Elite server and there were only a few people playing. Oh and the console kept reminding people to not PK and cheat, lol.

I don't mind modders, I even don't mind cheaters aslong as they let me play *my* game and that is exploring everything, helping new guys. I (and I'll bet many or maybe even most people) are playing this game for the gaming experience but mostly trying to have fun. And i'm nolonger having fun on Calgary 24/7. Too many "modders" and cheaters. *sigh*

I remember when u were new on calgary and i gave u 100000 lol anyway i try to play on calgary and help newbs in new york but there are so many cloakers,weapon modders,dock campers,(in general just cheaters) that i find it hard to want to go back and play on that server i cant even fly by manhattan because someone will take a crack shot at me with their "super weapons" after i get 10k away and dont know who it is and kill me then i go back to settle the score to find out that they have invincible shield/hull and cant kill them only to get blasted again, so i am trying to find a new server hopefully with FLMA1.1 as a server side mod

I play on 24/7 Seattle Based, Freeport3, and Browclops. They all seem like good places to play and none of the inhabitants have given me any grief.

Yeah, you indeed gave me a good start. Right now i'm returning the favour to other new people. But yeah, there are waaaaaay to many cheaters in Calgary. I started using the cloakdetector for my own protection. Sure, it won't help me survive but atleast I will *know* who shot the hell out of me.

To me it looks like the TE's can't really handle it. Sure they try, but against someone with uberhulls and shields and cheated weapons you can do only so much. And even worse if (s)he is cloaked. Franky's_Ghost or EXZO for instance.

It makes me want to kiss my char on Clagary goodbye and start anew somewhere. I doubt that you can really stop all the cheating. Unless that admin decides to step in, which he doesn't. A shame, really. There are tons of good people on Calgary but these cheaters (they aren't modders, they are CHEATERS) ruin the fun for alot of people.

I guess I'm just to used to Co-op play.
