Yes, it was me who took the screenshots. The reason is, I was "{SW}Clark_Kent" in Beta doing missions, and I saw viper say over the system channel that he loves skyblasts. After I finished it I switched to {SW}Superman and as I was undocking I noticed GMGs were around the Ruiz base. So I was at ZERO speed near the base AND I was talking to Mad Dog, and then I was killed. First I thought it was GMGs.

Few minutes later, I undocked again and was on the way to Gamma. As I was on the way I wonder that you might be the one who attacked me and I decided to scan you, but since you were 3k away I couldn't. So I used this technique to find out your loadout. When I found this unusal thing I took screenshots.. at that time you were using TDC and Skyblast Bs. I took THIS SCREENSHOT at June 28, 2003, 03:42:27 EST.. Approx 1 hour before you went "WAR" agaist NEO and NEO's allies.

or, once again, something of the sort. In my wee-hour groggy/crankiness it's difficult to remember the dialogue perfectly, but I'm certain that those quotes are somewhat correct, and this would conclude that

a) {SW}Superman's screenshots incriminating [OWLViper's illicit loadout are genuine

b) WarDragon lied on page one about not using Skyblasts.

It's a shame I don't take screenshots as much as everyone else around here. Either way, a bird in a tree told me not to worry about WarDragon anymore. What a shame though, really, just as you were getting me pretty worked up, the stress is relieved.. seemingly prematurely. Neopolitan was KOS for neo, i tooked her off KOS, her and her brother and cousin, and it was hard because pricks like you hated her and i heard comments like "let her on KOS, shes retarded".
