Why aren't these being reported to the server admin (email address is right there on the server news).

This can not be handled if someone doesn't tell the admin about the situation.

I did, I just got one banned today, a 12th level punk.
He refused to believe 2 of us who TOLD him no PvP !!!
It's happening more & more, IMHO. Just wanted to make ppl aware.

I had a screen shot, but is that needed? Is there a log file on the server?

What's the procedure, BTW? Can we defend ourselves???

Most of the time players correct the offender, but it seems people can't READ
a notice before they log on. When I'm on jolt, a message from CONSOLE appears
from time to time as a reminder of "no PvP in NY', is that automated, or the Admin?

Just my luck that would get ME banned!
I usually just talk then leave, but this not always possible so it's either fight or
switch characters, but that's bad if you're in a group on a mission.

I usually show off my technique by blowing away their shields, burners, and a wing or two, then I leave. Want to PK me in Liberty? Sure. But get ready for a hefty repair cost.

I don't go quite that far. Keep droppin their shields & depleting
their gun battery with the Del Cids and they get the message to stop PvP,
but no screen shot of you doing it since Del Cids are invisible.

(& yes it's lame to do this in any context other than rule-breakers & cheaters)

Mind you, that was on another server. I have yet to be attacked in Liberty space on Elite. I guess being in an Eagle now is part of that. (Still need to get two more Nomad guns and 2 Del Cids)

I like to fire all my shots into the second rivet down and to the right of the windshield, just to let them know I can. It's especially impessive when they are facing away from me and dodging like crazy. The repair bill on that rivet may not be high, but it leaves psychological scars, let me tell you...
