lol we are far from NEO's pet, in fact I would say that we dissagree on the issue of dock camping, I see nothing wrong with the time limit but I wish that the players had been able to come to this consensus instead of it being forced upon us. I do not agree with dock camping at all I let the person launch and do not open fire till their shields are up.
P.S. Hornet did you even read the post that I made or just put that insightful little comment down?

I do think the topics getting old, but I also agree with the fact that its something that should be stopped.

Killing someone when their docking is a lame way to get anything in their storage, and its to avoid any real confrontation.

The point of PVP is to fight head to head, and when one head is cut off due to game controls, its no longer head to head, its simply one head ripping the other one in half without any skills or atleast challenge.

I simply dont care about it anymore, but I bet you anything, if you protend to dock, and then boost out not docking and then beat the crap out of the people who were camping the dock, you will feel a lot better and the people will probably stop.

I mean its not hard to dock camp, but its not hard to fool the camper and just fake a dock and then slam his ass into the side of the station. lol

heres the funny things.. try any of these so called dock campers on in a 1 on 1 fight and your still probably gonna lose.. I'm not sure what pvp you useully play but the type i play most does not always mean you go HEAD to HEAD thats more or less a duel.. lol think a pirate out there is gonna say hey let me anounce my presence and give away any element of surprise... pvp is anything goes.. if your DOCKING then your RUNNING and should die.. maybe you should not have tried and ran.. now if your coming out, well its like SPAWN KILLS in in other game out there same thing when you think about it.. everyone says spawn killing sucks but its not something (thank god) fps games have done away with.. you can um FAST DOCK and there is no animation just st8 loading just gotta hope the dock isnt tied up.. lol there is a lot more wrong with this game then this people GET OVER IT...

oh ya.. ever hear of one shot one kill.. guess that person had a chance right?? lol maybe they should get rid of sniper rifles, the other person doesnt have a chance if you get a head shot.. oh i can see it now ROFL

Lad you ok m8 you seem to have an ENORMOUS chip on your shoulder people are entitled to there opinions. Dock camping as it stands spoils enjoyment for players right? Right now any multiplayer game has one very important factor they all share and thats the player base.

If you start to annoy/irritate players there gonna leave there are 100's of FL servers out there and theyll just leave for better pastures and youll end up playing with youyrself scuse the pun

I do PVP m8 im currently a member of a clan trying to hold the Omicron Gamma System but the fights take place away from planets generally because no one wants to hit the planet while avoiding gun fire. I just dont understand why anyone would want to sit outside a docking ring i mean itd get boring where's the adrenaline rush in that?

ever noticed that you do only dmg once the shilds come up

You can damage people when their shields are down I have done it many times, it kind of looks like lag b/c the damage only shows once their shields go up, but they have full shields and half health so something must be going on.

you said it yourself, thats as simple lag, you can blow ppl away aswell when they are in docking sequence, its not suppossed to happen.

right, my point is I wait untill they are out of all that crap to shoot
