You can bribe corsairs and hessians at Freeport 9 in Omicron Theta. Just keep docking and undocking with Fp 9 until the guy in the bar offers to bribe corsairs for you.

easier way, saving cash, gaining more crappy weapons and adding another enemy to the list :-)

is by going around shooting bounty hunters all day!!! yay!!
