What is that card what they are asking for? Maybe the problem is in card, that there cannt get any missions etc.? if yes, then where to "get" another one OR .. ?

The card they ask for is what stores your standings for every faction.. the monkey planet has NOTHING it was just put there for ****s.. same with the robots.. they're just to keep the Order and Nomads in MP
