Does Elite have a password anymore?

just wondering cause i see a server called Elite and it has the lancersreactor info so did turn off the password and drop the limit down to 27 people? if the is it can

The player limit was later raised to 27 when stability did not appear to be a problem and will hopefully continue to keep on rising for some time without any problems.
