First off where's the elite server (url), second, what's PVP stand for?

ohhhhhhhhhh, but i have one more question, how u put boxes in front of the names of servers, there's like 3 at the top of the list withem, or duz it have sumtin 2 do with server stability rankin (jus guessin).
