Argonian Ryders Clan on --Argonus-- server

I have decided to initiate a clan for my server.

I am hereby issuing an invite to anyone that plays on my server to join.

If you choose to apply, email me. I will review all applicants.

If you already exist as a character on my server, there will not be any requirements to change the nick. It's optional. If you do, use this format:

{AR} <nick>

We will be policing the server for PKers, escorting lower level players on missions, and trade runs. There are other special perks to being a member of the Argonian Ryders.

Compensation for these services are up to you, but I would recommend no more then 10%.

Not until someone makes a character/save game editor...But you don't need to change your name.

I have a list of all the members, and this weekend I will be building a site for The Ryders.

I really hope that the DA releases a patch that contains a Editer. (not a money or Ship/Weapon editor) That way it would be alot easier to make clans. What u could do, is that u start a new Account, go on the server with BOTH your accounts. (one thats maxed and a new one with the {AR} tag on). Then u sell al the stuff the MAX'ed account has, give all that money to the "new" account and plays around with him. U should be able o give about 2,5 mil without ny problems. Making the new Account leveling up pretty fast and thus going to LvL 38 with a {AR} Tag on it. Just a thought, but miht be looked as a Cheat ?

At this time, I know nothing about PHP...so I will probably be setting up the clan site in straight html...

Since I am hosting it myslelf on one of the computers in my network, I don't have to worry about size, other then how long it will take to upload....Since it's on the same network as my Freelancers server....That's my only concern right now...

As for the Money deal....If someone clears it with me first, large sum money transfers are ok.

We have a treasurer for that between clan members....HOWEVER...The money must be put back. I will be keeping records of how much is transferred from the treasurer. At least...I will be doing that until the patch comes out...Will have to see if there's an admin authorization for the money transfer...Otherwise...the treasurer will have to be dumped.

Once I get the site up and functional, I will be sending an all-hands memo...with the site address and such.

I have tried to send you an application email but it keeps coming back to me with the error "Domain unknown" and other errors like that.If you have another mail address i can send my application to could you please let me know.

EDIT(problem is solved...i think...when i clicked on the shortcut on this site it wrote this in my mail sender [email protected] instead of [email protected])

Is it possible to change your nick on a server without starting a new char?
Or do you have to talk to an admin to have him change your file

There was a typo on the news item on the front page. EB has fixed it... Thanks EB.

As for changing nicks...no. Can't be done yet...

there's not enough high level people to attack yet except maybe argonus himself and a couple other guys I've hunted down for toll fees.. strongarmed The Relic earlier today but felt kinda bad cause he was only level 20 something and hauling diamonds from simga13 (caught him as he just left dock with a full load and he just gave me 20k in a heartbeat lol) but overall a really good server so far- I look forward to single handedly pirating all of the argonus riders I meet!! =

Yesterday we had alot of people on Lvl 38.. Blade, u, Paraphelia, Malacca (AR), Daeron and some more.. Most in the Omicron Gamma area. (I am working to get some Nomads right now..)

Then you will have ALL of the Ryders hunting you down. We will attack you on site if you try to strong arm one of us. We are the REAL law on my server.

But then...Every server needs a real pirate....heheh

Argonus, I sent you an email and look forward to hearing back from you. Oh BTW Giveupthegoods...things could get nasty for you with 4 or 5 level 38's with VHF's chasing you down like a dog...but thts where the fun is, right?...lol
