Are wrecks in MP play too?

I've searched the boards, and haven't come across any hard info on this. I know that there are definatley wrecks in the SP game, but are they in multiplayer as well?

...but chances are they have been looted already. the best time to go for wrecks is right after some noob crashes the server.

The loot in wrecks regenerates, I'm not sure how quickly though.

Or maybe it is after a server res-start and I just havn't been around to see the server go down

Haven't tried MP yet, but I gathered that you lose your wreck-salvaged guns when you get killed, that's all fine, but what about the Nomad guns?
