Is it possible to register your online nick?

A friend of mine did this with Unreal Tournament I believe.
Is it possible to do this with FL, cause I'll hate it when there are several people flying under my nick

hmm to state the obvious UT had online stats which made Nicks semi unique online, FL doesn't so well doesn't

Registered Nicks are for certain games only, as Pinger said...they really are only good for games that store the characters on thier servers...

However...With FL...You cannot have the same name as someone else on that server.

Say you play on Elite, as Wizard...I couldn't create a character with the same name, but I could do W1zard or \/\/izard...

yep, you can sort of register your name on the server, but its free for other people to imitate it or use it on another server.
