Since the Elite Rules thread is closed, I needed to start another thread. I simply wanted to clarify the NO PK rule for ELITE. Does the rule apply only to the New York system or to all of Liberty Space? I aplogize if this seems to be a dumb question, but I would imagine clarifying it couldn't hurt.
