wrecks in mp

Ive been cruisin for wrecks in the mp, but alot of them are missing loot. Does the mp system keep track of them after they've been looted so only one person can get them?

only 1 person can loot a wreck, until the serer resets, then the wrecks respawn witht he loot in them

Server reseting, i assume that means shutting it down and restarting?

Havent found a wreck i have lewted, that has reset itself, ive added another 30hrs of play to my char, and no wrecks have reset, even after the server was down and restarted.

As far as I can tell, the only way to reset a server is to delete the server files themselves. Having never done this myself, I dont know if it would also require the deletion of the player accounts.
