The Phantom Brigade is beginning to establish itself on ELITE the past couple of nights. We will be establishing ourselves as Bounty Hunters and Trade Escorts. Freelancer and EVE playing Clan / Corporation

The Advanced Figher Trackers (AFT) are a new clan or quite small clan who currently are mass recruiting.
we are now about 10 members and about 4 recruits.. we are a fair and nice clan who needs YOU! so if you like Freelancer and EVE this is the clan for you.

Agreement:

by joining AFT you also accept the terms of activity (forum highly included), fair play, honor and justice.

we only seek you who can accept those terms and you that have a big mouth and quick fingers

as we just expanded to EVE we have some higlhy ranked special positions left so if you proove worthy you might get one of this positions:

* 2 FL Squad Leader Positions
* 2 EVE Squad Leader Positions
* 2 Forum Moderator Positions
* 1 Freelancer Leader Position

and perhaps there will show up something new.

so if you are intrested in a role where you decide alot and have a great responsabilty, this is the place =D.
but remember.. to get a good ranked position you need to proove worthy and totally LIVE for the clan.. otherwise, forget it pal!

Milli i wouldn't delude yourself with weak players, you should only recruit the skilled, and you should test all the people that you recruit (just some friendly advise )

Godlike, I think you mean dilute :p. And sometimes recruiting ppl without trials get some good players that otherwise wouldn't try out, or be recruited. I know if when I was looking for a clan WP was making ppl try out, I probalby wouldn't have gone for them (since i'm a lazy b@stard and all ). But it's true, recruiting by allowing everyone to join makes your ranks look big, but alot of the new recruits will only be on sporatically. When they arn't forced to earn their membership they take it for granted and just do what they want. And most likely wont play as long. I'll be the first to admitt, I didn't think I would be playing FL as long as I have. I usually run through a game in about 2-3 weeks tops (single player & multi player). The only exceptions thus far are FL, MOHaa, Bf1942 and of course CS. But what's kept me in FL was the ppl i've met through WP and SE. So Mill, at least make sure these guy's are going to be playing for a while before you add some "fat" to your ranks.

beleve me, they wount get good positions so easy.. they must proove it.. yes i will have trials... when someone proove activity and shows that he really is in for the clan and convinces us his greatness we will offer him a position.

i did mean delude not dilute, delude as in dont delude yourself into thinking that you have a solid clan when your member base is newbs (not that im saying it is ) but dilute would have worked too

we are not all n00bs.. we are good players... some people are just busy with school and stuff atm. and some people are inactive too..

amd yes we are small and a bit few, thats why we are recruiting.. and havin cooperation with Sabaoth.. wich is very powerfull. (i guess im lucky).

i just wanna get some members and if they not are active they wount even become members... and if they become members and then become inactive they will first get a warning and if no response they will be kicked... we will not be nicer to you if you have a special position... we treath everyone the same.

so GLE, any more complainments?
