How do i get on the good side of the hessians like pay which bartender so i can buy a sabre....

Go to the spoiler forum, there is a very detailed list there of where all the bribes are located. If you go to a station and you dont immediately see the guy for your bribe, just keep going back and forth from thelaunch pad to the bar til you see him. He'll eventualy come up in the rolls

You dont need to buy a Sabre from Hessians.
Hessians hate more than any other faction and I have a Sabre!!!
You can buy this ship from Outcasts. Visit the bases in Hokkaido system and you will know how to be friend of factions that are allies of Outcasts. That is you passport, and I think it is easier to do at the beginning.
