Anyone know what happened to the " DA Patch" server? I thought this was DA's beta test server. I haven't seen it listed for awhile. I was wondering if maybe they are done testing...

The DA server disappeared yesterday early AM for me, not seen it since. Might be a IP change or name change. But seeing as its the holidays more than likely crashed and who ever has admin is off sunning themselves.

I DID IT! I CRASHED THE SERVER! I WAS SICK OF THAT CRAP BEING UP. IT WAS AN ADDED BONUS BECAUSE THE SERVER WAS FULL! SO IF IT COMES UP AGAIN THEN GOOD FOR YOU! I JUST FOUND IT FUNNY THAT HTYE DIDNT COVER THE SPEED CHEAT!

If the server was shut down for the holiday..It would have been listed on the server news...I wasn't really around this weekend to check it out...

It prolly just crashed...and there was not one there to restart it.

However...When ever you see the DA Patch server...At least drop in to check the news...(And post it here...lol)

They update it everytime they do something.

Yeah.. That server still crashes once in a while..

The problem is no one was around over the holiday weekend to restart it.

I've played on the DA Patch server, what i've noticed. Lots of people being kicked for "possibly" cheating. It says possibly, but I thought it was doing a pretty good job. For instance, everyone that joined the server with a name like "Testing" was promptly kicked. Well not promptly.

I think it checks each player periodically for cheats. So you may be able to "use a speed cheat" for several seconds before being kicked. I've never tested any cheats on that server or any server for that matter. So I don't know for sure what cheats still work or if any INI editing is still allowed.

The DA Server did seem more stable. But it is a MS server. So..

And if you got this far. I'm also happy to report.. It's believe you can go up to Rank100 with the DA patch. I've already seen a Rank68 player on the DA Server.

The word on the patch is...........most people gave up playing the sorry game online about a month ago. Too late for a patch, the game is already dead.

Someone said the end of the month...around there sometime...
