Looking for a new server to play on

What I'd like to find is a PvP 24/7 that refreshes the game so more than just one person has a chance at finding the goodies at the shipwrecks. If not to much trouble I would like this server to be within the lower 48 of the US.

As a footnote I was playing on ELITE and greatly enjoyed it.
