For extremely low-dollar trades:
Carry Water to Pittsburgh from Manhatten (15->30). The buy-in is only $15, so you make %100 profit. But, the max you can make with a Rhino is $1200 per load, so that gets old quickly. Take Boron back to Manhatten (120->155). It's not as cheap, but you'll make a nest-egg quickly, with which you can move to more profitable trades.
Higher buy-in, higher-profit variation:
Take the Water from Manhatten to Ft. Bush (15->20). Buy Consumer Goods (53->72), or Pharmaceuticals (111->152) if you can afford them, take either to Pittsburgh. Take Boron back to Manhatten (120->155).
When you have over 10k in stake money:
Take Pharmaceuticals from Manhatten to Pittsburgh (120->152). Take Born back to Manhatten (120->155). This saves you time because you don't have to dock at Fort Bush, and the actual profit ( if you can get a full load ) is the same.
