A couple of newbie questions...

I'm very sorry to bother, but I have some questions about Freelancer server hosting. I know they might be quite stupid, but it would be great if somebody could help me with this.

1. How can I edit the amount of starting cash for players?

2. How can I change the starting location?

I have tried everything, and it sux to start from Manhattan with 2000 $ every time. I'm sure that the values can be changed, but HOW?
