Is there a cockpit view in Mplayer?

I dipped my toes in the waters of Freelancer Mplayer last night and could not get into a cockpit view (H). Am I missing something or do you actually have to play Mplayer in 3rd person view?

H is Turret View, not cockpit view. Cockpit view is Ctrl + V.

Doh, that's what I missed...I remapped the cockpit view key away from v, I'll have to re-check my mappings. Thanks.
