Ok I think at one time will u get really tired of the same 5 random missions possible at the bar:

1) assasinate
2) kill/clean
3) arrest
4) cargo (pick up/destroy)
5) station (wpn platform/station)

So im suggestion DA should look into these
1) Missing: "my daughter/son/wife/father is missing find him/her"
2) Transportation : " I like to have 'this' or 'that' transported"
3) Protection: "I like some protection / bodyguard"
