Nomad Energy Weapons

According to what I've seen from the posts I've read, some Server Admins think that the only way you can get the nomad weapons is by cheating, and so anyone with them are cheaters.
this is not true.
in the omnicron gamma system there is a jump hole labeled "unknown system" that takes you too a system with nomad fighters you can kill and get nomad energy weapons.
the jump hole is north east of the omnicron theta hole in the same cloud.
there are 2 planets (dockable) in the system, with surprises

Also a Nomad Jumphole in Omicron Alpha which takes you too a very nice looking system. Too bad it has:

A) radiation damage

no planets to dock on(and you can't repair on that stupid robot planet which sucks)
C) Nomads there don't(or at least didn't for me and my buddy)Nomad cannons.

Once we left and fought some of the nomads on the other side of the hole(in omicron Alpha) we got a cannon within the first 2 waves.

The server admins know it's possible to get Nomad Energy Cannons and Nomad Energy Blasters, the people they're banning have the "Nomad Lasers" which are *not* possible to get without cheating, and are better than either the cannons or blasters.

All level 10 weapons sell for 34k at the vendors besides Nomads, which are 4k.

If the Nomad weapons are supposedly some of the best, why do they sell for such a low price?

Cause once you have Ship loaded with them it's easy to get a lot more. It would be pointless having an easy to get weapon that you can sell for 30k+.

Money is easy to come by in this game, guess it helps not make it as worth while.

hehe, if only one could get the Nomad lasers without hacks/cheats. Would love to have that weap.

Heh, in beta 1196 both the cannons and blasters did 2500 hull and about 1400 shield. Better than the lasers, 1.00 refire though.
