tohoku jump hole

i was in the chugoku system and i have constantly tried to enter the tohoku jump gate, i understand it may be locked to minimize size(lag) of the systems, but y when u right click and select view system does it take u there?

It is unfortunately one of the SP only jumpholes. Annoying, but that's the way it is.

and its locked in sp after you complete the story line. I tried going back there and couldnt, the jump hole is locked.
