Mp account ID help!

I am not the only person with this problem, theres about 20 others.

I have this problem with my account id generation.....when i click on Examine my account id it says

<NOT FOUND>
*blah blah blah blah*
You do not have a MP account id.

I have reinstalled 8 times.
I have Windows ME.
and it just doesn't show me.

I think it is something to do with the registry i don't know what (yet) but anyone got any ideas?

Somebody PLEASE HELP!!!
