Problem is, if you have found a good server, it is very hard to share that info with everyone. If you do, the server population will change completely or people with modded .ini files will slow the server to a crawl. Perhaps if the servers could hold 64-128 people it would be easier to invite others in. Mmmmm server patch.

Unfortunately, the Elite server only holds 30 people, is password protected and always full. It is probably your best bet for a (relatively) stable server filled with serious players.

Other than that, I can suggest joining 5-7 servers you are interested in and watching them (with the visited servers filter) for a week or so. This way, you'll see which servers are up and filled with several people at any given time. Once you find a good server... don't tell us. You'll probably regret it if you do.

If you are in the older crowd have a life, kid's, wife, dog etc.. forget about Elite..

I can't sit there endlessly refreshing..if I had more time I would love to play there as it seems like there are some really cool experienced gamer's on that server..

Always try Elite before you try anything else, its the best server I've played on... plus there are a lot of people there from these forums, so its not always you with strangers

The ELite server itself is probably the best technically, but it also has the biggest group of puck-knuckle ****s you ever saw and crashes a LOT due to the aforementioned puck-knuckle ****s and their cheats.
